Gary Guseinov

Gary serves as the company CEO and oversees all company operations, including acquisition activities. Gary was previously CEO of International Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on emerging technologies in cyber security, big data analytics and marketing automation. Gary has also served as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of CyberDefender, a NASDAQ company, and has co-founded multiple successful startups including inCast and Synergy.

Sean Whiteley

Mr. Whiteley is the former COO of Cargomatic and former COO of TigerText. He was also former CEO of Guthy-Renker Home, as well as the CEO of RealtyTracker. Sean was responsible for growing revenues at several companies from start-up to more than $25,000,000. He has extensive experience in the highly regulated, complex, HIPAA compliant medical software market. He holds an MBA from USC, Marshal School of Business.

Chris Weltzien

SVP of Business Development
As SVP Business Development Chris leads partnership, licensing and channel sales efforts. He  is an experienced sales leader with a track record of building successful B2B2C cybersecurity and privacy partnerships. He’s held senior management roles at start-ups and publicly traded companies including Check Point, AVG, and AnchorFree.

Forrest Clark

VP eCommerce
Mr. Clark is the Vice President of E-commerce at RealDefense, where he oversees the e-commerce department with responsibility for customer retention and business intelligence. He has over 20 years of experience managing e-commerce and web platforms, marketing software and consumer technology products. Prior to RealDefense, he held management positions at Phoenix Technologies, Line 6, Panda Software, and Harman International. Mr. Clark earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Math with Computing Specialization from UCLA.
Nancy Carbone

Nancy Carbone

Senior Director Call Center Sales
Nancy is responsible for managing the day to day operations, quality, and sales performance of Customer Service, and Tech Support. She has over 25 years experience working in the call center industry (both domestic and international) including Verizon Wireless, Time Warner (now Charter /Spectrum).

Steve Ostrover

VP of Business Intelligence
Steve is responsible for all aspects of managing and extracting value from RealDefense’s data assets including data engineering, reporting, analytics and data science applications.  He’s held roles as statistician, economist and data scientist for several startups, consulting companies and large organizations and has extensive experience in the areas of online marketing, website optimization, call center operations, subscription management and finance.

Jeff Campbell

Chief Revenue Officer
Jeffrey Campbell is a senior level executive who brings over 20 years of hands-on branded response experience. Prior to joining RealDefense as CRO, Jeff served as a board member since 2017. He has been a C level executive at numerous direct to consumer focused companies, including CRO for Fitlab, CEO of Geographic Farming, President of UFC FIT, and Executive Vice President of SENSA where he oversaw customer acquisition and retention. Jeff received a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles.

Darren Boisjolie

VP of Engineering
Daren Boisjolie is Vice President of Engineering, for RealDefense LLC. In this role, he leads the company’s efforts in research, development, and technology, overseeing an accomplished team of engineers, driving innovation and product development in collaboration with the business units to best serve RealDefense’s customers. Darren brings more than 35 years of product development and technology leadership experience from CDK Global, AVAST Software, AVG Technologies and Bsecure Technology Darren earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of West Florida.

Hung Le

VP of Call Center
Hung Le is a senior level executive who brings significant experience in marketing, sales, loyalty, retention, and customer operations at national level. Prior to joining RealDefense, Hung held senior level executive roles overseeing sales, loyalty, and customer operations at several Fortune 500 companies.  He was SVP of Loyalty and Analytics at Frontier Communications, VP of Loyalty at AT&T/DirecTV, VP of Customer Service at Spotify, and Sr Director at Sirius XM Radio.  Hung received a BBA from James Madison University.

Mark Lederman

VP of Product
Mark Lederman is a product leader with over 20 years of management experience developing, launching and managing high tech consumer facing software and services. He has led white-label product teams at Synchronoss and has led consumer product teams at Virgin Mobile and Windstream. Mark’s successful track record of positively impacting customer experience, revenue, retention and NPS within subscription businesses has enabled his products to win multiple JD Power Awards and Stevie Awards. He holds a Bachelors in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Rochester.
